TEZ Alerts & Info Service allows mobile subscribers to opt-in to receive digital valet tickets without paper.

Supported Carriers

TEZ’s Alerts & Info Service is available on the following carriers:

Appalachian Wireless, AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cellcom, Cellular South, Centennial Wireless, GCI, Immix Wireless, Inland Cellular, IV Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, nTelos, Metro PCS, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, United Wireless, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile USA, and West Central Wireless.

The above carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


There are no premium charges for joining TEZ’ Alerts & Info Services for receiving the alert and info messages, however Msg&Data rates may apply.

Message Frequency

If you opt-in to receive alerts or info from TEZ, you will receive messages only while parked on property.

How to opt-out of our service

To opt-out of the TEZ Alerts & Info program, text STOP at any time to 73958. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your mobile number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent from this program after that one.

If you opt-out, you will not be able to receive your valet tickets via text and car requesting will be disabled as well. If you accidentally opt-out, you may opt-in by texting the word “Valet” to 73958.

TEZ top priority is the privacy of our users. The following is provided to address any concerns you may have.
